Shabbat Service with Musical Director
At our service on 8th August 2026 we were joined by Mich Sampson, the musical director from East London and Essex Synagogue. Rabbi David brought Mich with him, it was a truly wonderful service. Mich has an incredible voice; she also brought her guitar. Everyone present thoroughly enjoyed the service.
Rabbi David set a challenge to make a treble Clef Challah in honor of Mich’s visit, Jan was a little unsure about her capability but said she would give it a go. As the treble clef was not that large, she also decided to try a challah Shabbat Shalom. She said it could certainly benefit from a bit of practice, but its recognizable.
